MY ROLE
DESIGNER
As a lead designer, I define challenges and formulate the best approach - and work with my team to deliver on the details that are building an even stronger, more aspirational brand.
LEADER
I mentor other designers or who wish to make their career into the UX field. I drive decision making through collaboration.
CONSULTANT
I partner and oversight with vendors and other lead designers to uncover insights and translate concepts into features that address customer behaviors and motivations.
CONTRIBUTOR
As an individual contributor, I create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate business asks into an interface with product teams. I explain the flow, interactions, performance and modularity of the design.
